Fading Light

Old barns have many stories to tell. All the farmers and ranchers who worked in them and depended on them for their livelihood. All the animals that lived and died in them. All the hardships and joys they have witnessed. And they don't make these barns like they used to. Sadly, because of the nature of wood, they are usually repaired with some type of sheet metal, which while much more economical, does not have nearly as much character, or the barns are neglected and fall apart. In this scene, thought the fading sunlight echoed perfectly the story of these old wood barns that fade into history.
